They provide a free 24-hour tracked service via Yodel, for purchases of £25 and over, each day from Monday to Friday. All of these deliveries require a signature when delivered. If the total amount of the order is less than £25 then a £2.99 delivery charge is applied. Delivery is again by Yodel and the vast majority of the time takes 24 hours.

Delivery to customers outside of the UK is by DHL. Delivery rates depend on the customer’s country of origin; they start at £5.99 for delivery within 2-3 days.

The returns process at Swim Shop is very straightforward. Customers are required to return any items within 30 days of the date of despatch and the following must apply:

• Items must be unused and in new condition.
• All tags and hygiene strips must be in place.
• All items must be in the original packaging.
• If items have been tried on underwear must have been worn.
• All items must be clean and free from odour.

Customers are required to meet the cost of posting any returned items. In some circumstances Swim Shop accept returns outside of the 30 day return period but they charge an administration fee of a minimum of £5.
