FADS allow you to pay for the order once it has been dispatched. Dispatch generally takes place when the relevant third-party carrier collects it for delivery. It may also request evidence of a driving license, proof of age card, bank statement or utility bill to confirm your identity during the time of delivery. Deliveries are free to addresses in mainland England, Wales and Scotland, but additional charges will be levied for addresses in the Scottish Highlands.

If you are not happy with the product delivered, you can return it to FADS within seven days of receiving it. To do so, you need to send an email stating your intention of returning the goods to FADS.
