Deliveries and Returns

Alison at Home uses a dedicated white-glove service with a two-man delivery to the room of your choice for each order. This involves the unpacking of the product for you to inspect, and any unwanted packaging is also taken away and recycled. The delivery lead times for upholstery and furniture items are displayed for each product. The delivery team will call you on the day before the planned delivery and give you an estimated time of arrival on the morning of the delivery. If possible, you will also be notified an hour before delivery. Standard delivery charges cover only deliveries to the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands and Islands, a bespoke quote will be offered. Free deliveries are, unfortunately, not available for orders to these areas. Mollie & Fred also offers similar vouchers with great savings.

If you are not satisfied with a product ordered from Alison at Home, you may return it at the point of delivery. The delivery team will, as previously mentioned, give you the opportunity to inspect the product for damage. Once you have signed off the delivery, Alison at Home will not accept any claims of damages to the product. If you are unhappy with the product delivered, you can talk to the driver and ask that the product be returned. A collection fee is not charged in this case. Post this, if you change your mind about the product, you may still return it in saleable condition within seven days of receiving it. However, the delivery and collection charge of £40 including VAT will not be refunded in this case.
