Trunki works hard to ensure that every order is delivered as soon as possible, but since it uses a third-party carrier, there may be occasions and situations in which it cannot control when you get your order delivered. Any order costing over £20 is set through next-day delivery via DPD. If you make an order before 1pm, it is eligible for same-day dispatch as well. For orders under £20, the package is sent via Royal Mail and may take three to five working days to get delivered.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order or with your purchase for any other reason, you may return the order to Trunki on the return address given below. All orders have to be returned within 14 days of it being delivered to you, and the products have to be in unused condition, with the original packaging in intact. Once returned and verified, you will be refunded the entire price of the original item. You can also get the product exchanged.
