Simply Games despatches all orders made before 3:30 pm on the same day, on Monday-Friday. For orders made after 3:30 pm, Simply Games despatches them the following working day. Pre-order items are despatched three to four days before the official release date. The payment will be taken from you when the order has been despatched, unless you placed the order over 28 days before the official release date. In this case, the payment will be captured within 21 days of you placing the order.

Orders are despatched through Royal Mail First Class, and usually arrive in one to three working days. For deliveries to certain parts of the UK like the Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, it could take up to three days for delivery. Simply Games also ships to most of England and select locations worldwide. The international shipping charge is £19.95 for a console and £2.50 per game. In case an order does not reach you in ten working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders, you may contact Simply Games. You may cancel an order before payment authorisation or being marked as shipped. After this point, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per Simply Games’ returns policy.

Simply Games offers a full refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged, but you need to get in touch within 24 hours of receiving the items. The same deadline applies to orders that are missing or incomplete. Unopened games, consoles and accessories can be returned within eight days of delivery, with a full refund given except for additional shipping charges. In case of faulty item, you need to report it to Simply Games within 28 days of receiving the order for a replacement or full refund.
