The charge for this delivery is £4.99, irrespective of order amount. Standard delivery, on the other hand, takes two to four working days to reach customers, with hand-built wheels and bike frames taking up to 11 to 15 working days. Returns: In case of the order you receive is not suitable or not matching what you purchased, you can request and return the item for a refund or an exchange within 90 days from the original purchase date. In case of a refund, the item has to be returned in its original packaging and has to be unused. The postage costs for the return will not be refunded, unless the item being returned is faulty.
