Rapha offers four types of delivery options within the UK. The first is their standard delivery; this would take 3 to 5 working days for your product to be delivered. This shipping option is free for orders above £100, but on lesser amounts, you would end up paying £5 towards shipping. The company accepts returns till 90 days from the date of receipt. If a product is faulty or has some other defect, the company would return the entire amount to your account. Any products that are bought from Rapha cycle club or any other retails should be returned to them and not the company. The brand will accept only the products bought at the Rapha stores and website.
