Delivery Policy

All items delivered within the UK mainland are subject to a charge of £4.99. For addresses in the Highlands or the off-shore UK Island, the delivery charge will be £9.99. The Next Day Delivery service is available to UK mainland addresses only. Orders must be placed before 2pm from Monday to Thursday. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday. There is an extra cost for this service at £5.00 in addition to the basic charge. A signature will be required upon receipt of the item. Return Policy

Any item that is not to your liking may be returned provided it is unused and in its original packing. Personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty. In the case of earrings, they cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. To return an item, complete the ‘Return’ form on the back of the delivery note. Place it in the parcel with a pre-printed label and mail it in.

For items that require an exchange, the replacement will arrive within 7 days. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be notified and given a full refund. Returns are usually processed within two days of receipt at the warehouse. For funds to be returned, it may take up to two weeks.
