Delivery Information

• All deliveries take up to 5 working days for arrival from the date the order is dispatched.
• Until your order arrives, you will continue to receive alerts via email about the status of order.
• The following couriers will be used: DPD, UK Mail and Royal Mail
• Next Day deliveries are available at an additional cost of £7.99. Orders must be placed before 2pm for them to be processed on the same day. The Next Day service is not available on weekends.
• For deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, a charge of £12 will be applied.
• For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney Islands and the Shetlands Islands, a delivery charge of £15 is applicable.

Return/Cancellation/Refund Policy

1. All order may be cancelled at any time before the product is delivered or up to two weeks afterwards. Please notify Beauty Base by email at online@beautybase.com.
2. If you choose to terminate an order that is already dispatched, it is your responsibility to return them. You have up to 14 days to make the return. All items must be in their original packaging.
3. Once the product is received, the amount of the product only will be refunded by the payment method used by you. Products that were bought as gifts will only be refunded to the debit or credit card of the person who ordered the products. The refund process may take up to 30 days.
