If you purchased items from the SOCKSHOP Manchester Arndale or SOCKSHOP Lowry Outlet Stores and wish to return them, please make sure they meet the above requirements and take them back into store, along with your original proof of purchase for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or process refunds online for items purchased in one of our stores.
Please note, SOCKSHOP items purchased in one of our concessions must be returned to the original point of purchase.

IS MY ITEM IS IN A GOOD ENOUGH CONDITION?
Please send items back in their original, unused condition – this means in their original packaging with the tags attached. We can’t give you a refund if there are any signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke.
HOW LONG UNTIL I’M REFUNDED?
We’ll try our best to have your money back within 24 hours of receiving the item.
I RECEIVED FREE DELIVERY AS I SPENT OVER £40, WILL I BE CHARGED IF I RETURN ITEMS?
If you originally received free delivery on your order as your subtotal was £40 or more, and decide to return items bringing the total of items in your order below £40, please note the standard UK delivery charge of £3.49 will be deducted from your refund (unless item/s returned is/are faulty and refund is chosen over replacement).
